 The first Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership (CEL) by SME Business Support Fund (BSF) was inaugurated at SZABIST on August 01, 2011 in Islamabad by Ghalib Nishtar, President Khushhalibank.  Khushhalibank has entered into a Cooperative Agreement with USAID titled Tube well Efficiency Project (TWEP). TWEP aims at the replacement of up to 11,000 energy-inefficient tube wells pump sets. Under TWEP, United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is providing subsidy equivalent to 50% of the cost of efficient tube well pump sets. These awards are given every year by Citibank and Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund to recognize the achievements and contributions of individual micro entrepreneurs towards economic sustainability of their families as well as communities.
