Special conditions for Pensioner

• Pensioners will be required to undergo biometric verification at the branch semi-annually each year. In case of non-availability of the customer due to adverse health, provision of “LIFE certificate” will be mandatory on the same schedule.
• In case of family pension, the pension nominee (widow/widower, unmarried daughter, sister) is required to present a “Non-marriage certificate” each year.
