The objective of Whistle Blow Unit is to provide a platform to bank’s staff and outside parties such as shareholders, vendors, customers etc. to communicate any irregularity, financial malpractice, fraud & forgery, personnel harassment, improper conduct or wrong doing without any fear of reprisal or adverse consequences and in confidential manner. However, HR grievances and other administrative issues where complainant has personal interest should be logged on Bank’s HR Desk and Complaint Cell as per described manner.
